Strong visitor response, strong innovations: BERG at EMO 2025

Once again, EMO proved its position as the world’s leading trade fair of the industry with five intense days full of energy and an amazing visitor response. The BERG booth became a meeting point for exciting industry discussions, new contacts and many specific project ideas.
In line with our motto “Part of your machine”, we took the opportunity of the Hanover exhibition not just to present our well-known product portfolio for machine tools, pallets and workpieces, but also to put the spotlight on new technological highlights.
We focused particularly on two innovations: Our E-dock clamping units for automated milling head change and the rotary unions flange type for virtually leak-free medium transfer in rotating machining spindles.
The considerable interest and positive feedback we encountered confirmed that our solutions set standards in clamping technology.
Conclusion: EMO was a great success and gave us plenty of fresh momentum for future challenges. We would like to thank all visitors and look forward to seeing you again soon!
E-Dock clamping units consist of an electromechanical clamping gear with a gripper. They clamp milling heads and auxiliary spindles via pull studs – with maximum fall protection thanks to absolute self-locking. The system contributes to the realisation of a hydraulic-free, resource-saving machining centre.

BERG flange type rotary unions are particularly designed for applications with limited installation space, e. g. in swivel heads. Laid out for high rotational speeds, they ensure reliable and virtually leak-free media transfer into rotating machining spindles.
