A win-win for everyone! BERG strengthens its commitment to local sports

As a medium-sized company with strong regional roots, we consider social responsibility to be an integral part of our corporate culture. In addition to numerous social initiatives, such as our annual Christmas donation raffle, we are also becoming increasingly involved in local sports.

A key project is our support for the TuS Hoberge-Uerentrup sports club. Thanks to the special connection with our managing director, Georg Grautoff, the club’s sports ground on Bergstraße now carries the name “BERG-Arena”. The partnership is a perfect fit – not only because of the name, but also because there is a lot happening at the club right now. Following the opening of the new artificial grass pitch in 2024, the stadium surroundings are being continuously developed. Currently, a new catering area and a roof terrace on the clubhouse are being built, which will offer an attractive view of the action on the pitch in future.

But we are also active in the immediate neighbourhood of our company’s site in Bielefeld-Sennestadt. As a premium partner of the club Schwarz-Weiß Sende, we use perimeter ads and advertisements in the stadium magazine to draw the attention of young people and potential apprentices to our company and to inspire them with enthusiasm for BERG.

Our sports sponsorship combines social commitment with a regional presence. The partnership-based collaboration with local sports clubs is a real win-win for everyone involved – and will remain an important part of our social activities in the future.
