Become part of the BERG team: Develop from an apprentice to a specialist and a future leader

Our apprenticeships offer a learning and working environment with real prospects for the future. We create opportunities for junior employees to pursue a career in the company. With Marlon Schmidt and Thomas Jedig (both industrial mechanics) and Andreas Hein (mechatronics technician), we welcome three new apprentices this year.

And just with the start of their training, we are also launching our trainee campaign for 2023. We always look for curious and motivated young people from Bielefeld and the surrounding area who are enthusiastic about technology, have a desire to learn and are ready to go full speed with us from their first day on the job.

Susanna Galster, who is responsible for the apprentices, emphasises: “We rely on our own junior staff and want to work with our apprentices in the long term. So it is no coincidence that 11 of 12 trainees, who have successfully completed their training with us in recent years, are still working in our company. Currently, 5 are still in training.”­ These figures are impressive and are certainly one are certainly one of the reasons why the three new trainees have decided to train at BERG.
