It's that simple:
1. Disassembly and shipping
Send the defective product with your delivery note, your contact information and a short description of the damage to our service address or via our international representative.
After receipt of the defective product, we will work out a cost estimate as fast as possible.
2. Approval of the cost estimate and initiation of the repair
The defective product will be repaired as soon as we receive your approval. The repair scope includes the replacement of all wear parts and a subsequent function test. Full warranty will be granted on all repaired components.
If a repair would be too expensive to be economical, we will send you the parts dismantled after prior consultation and for a fee to cover our expenses. Scrapping of the product at Berg & Co. is free of charge.
3. Receiving the functioning product
After successful repair of the product or individual components, we will return your product for reassembly as quick as possible. We will stay in contact with you to ensure that the repair process was successful.
