One for all, everything from a single source: Rotary unions for machining spindles complete our product range

The wide product range has always been one of our greatest strengths. But we do not just rely on high-quality individual products. For us, all from a single source means that we supply the complete equipment of a tool clamping system, from the gripper at the tool interface to the media supply on the back of the spindle. Thanks to the application-specific configuration of the individual components, our customers receive the perfect clamping system for their machining spindle – and all of this, of course, in 100 % tested BERG quality.

Our compact rotary unions, which ensure the safe transfer of cooling media to the rotating spindle, are an important component here. They are characterised by large through holes and a permanently closed sealing gap. High-quality components and a temperature optimised design permit high spindle speeds and long service lives. The medium and leakage connection is either radial or axial. All types can be equipped with an additional membrane enabling blow-out air for taper cleaning.
