BKZ ... D  / PSV  (AS-I)

The hydraulic die clamping system BKZ ...D/PSV is designed for clamping dies of different widths on press slides.

The clamping drive moves automatically into the T-slot of the press plunger between the park position and the respective die. The clamping element can clamp different clamping rim heights due to the long clamping stroke of the double acting cylinder.

The clamping pressure is 400 bar.

The BUS controlled version BKZ ...D/PSV/AS-I with AS interface is available as alternative.
